Rylee Char
Hi! My name is Rylee, and I’m originally from Honolulu, Hawaii. I recently graduated from Grand Canyon University with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology. My journey with Jesus began about four years ago, during my freshman year of college. It was in that season—away from home, facing new challenges, and building new friendships that I truly came to understand what faith meant to me personally. My friends and I got deeply involved in ministry on campus and began serving together every Monday night, which became a consistent and powerful part of my spiritual growth. I also had the privilege of volunteering with my aunty’s ministry. That experience helped ignite a passion in my heart for serving others, especially those in need of hope and support. Over the years, my love for ministry has only grown stronger. As I prayed and reflected on how I could serve beyond the community I was raised in, God opened the door for me to start TruHarvest with one of my bestfriends. TruHarvest has given me the opportunity to serve a broader, more diverse community one that I may not have grown up in, but that I care deeply about. I believe that God calls us not just to comfort, but to purpose and through this ministry, I hope to bring light, encouragement, and lasting impact wherever He leads. I'm excited to be a vessel for Christ’s love and to walk in obedience as He continues to grow and use me.

Hi! My name is Luke, and I’m from the vibrant coastal city of Oceanside, California. I’m currently studying Worship Arts through Mariners Church in Irvine, California a path that has grown out of my deep love for music and my even deeper love for Jesus. I gave my life to Christ about two years ago, and since that moment, I’ve felt an undeniable calling to step into ministry and serve others with the same grace and compassion that God has shown me. Growing up, I didn’t have a relationship with Jesus. I had brief encounters with Him through youth groups or even through people I met on the street, but I never pursued a deeper connection. During high school, I struggled silently with addiction and found myself drifting further into a lifestyle that left me feeling empty and directionless. It wasn’t until I hit rock bottom that I truly became aware of how lost I was and how deeply I needed something greater than myself. It was in that lowest place that Jesus met me. He didn’t just rescue me; He began to reshape my heart, teaching me what it means to love others selflessly and live a life rooted in purpose and truth. Through TruHarvest, Rylee and I are committed to putting others before ourselves. We’re passionate about impacting lives not to elevate our own names, but to glorify God’s Kingdom. Whether it's through outreach, service, or simply showing up for someone in need, our desire is to be faithful vessels of Christ’s love and light.
